Returns

• You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging.

• Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal care items, perishable goods, or custom-made products). These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.

Process

1. Contact us at social@dayroutin.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

• If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 30 days.
