Legal Compliance: We strictly adhere to international and national trademark laws, including § 14 MarkenG (German Trademark Act), which protects the rights of trademark owners. Our product descriptions and marketing avoid any suggestion of a direct connection or endorsement by the original brands.

Inspired, Not Imitated: Our products are crafted to evoke a similar experience to well-known originals. However, they are not exact replicas, and their composition, performance, and character may differ. In some cases, our products may even offer a longer-lasting or enhanced experience.

Permissible Use: Referencing well-known brands as inspiration is permitted under trademark law, provided there is no risk of confusion or misrepresentation. This is supported by the principle of nominative fair use in U.S. law and similar provisions in the EU, as explained in the EUIPO Guidelines on Trademark Use.

Additional Legal Proof: The European Court of Justice (ECJ) has confirmed that referencing a trademark to describe the inspiration behind a product is permissible, as long as it does not mislead consumers or suggest a direct link to the trademark owner. See: ECJ Case C-487/07 (L'Oréal v. Bellure).

Transparency: We clearly state that our products are only inspired by famous brands and do not claim to be exact matches or to be produced by the original brands. All trademarks, brand names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
